How to delete user account in SpineTime app

01. Delete your account in the app

  • Open the SpineTime app and log in.

  • Go to Settings.

  • Tap Delete account.

  • Select the reason for deleting your account.

  • Tap Confirm.

After confirmation, you will be automatically logged out and you will see a message:
“If you don’t try to log in within 30 days, your account will be permanently deleted.”

02. What happens after you request deletion

  • Your account is placed in a pending deletion state for 30 days.

  • If you do not log in during those 30 days, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.

  • If you log in within 30 days, the deletion request is canceled and your account remains active.

03. Data that will be deleted

Upon completion of the account deletion process, we will delete or anonymize (where applicable) the following data associated with your SpineTime account:

  • account information (e.g., email address and internal account identifiers),

  • data submitted by you within the application (including PainTest selections and related records),

  • any reports generated within the application and shared through SpineTime with a connected specialist/Pro user account will be removed from SpineTime and will no longer be accessible to you via the SpineTime app.


Third-party/specialist data retention notice:
If you previously shared reports or other information with a specialist/Pro user, that specialist may have independently downloaded, exported, stored, or otherwise retained a copy of such information outside of SpineTime. SpineTime does not control and cannot ensure the deletion of any copies stored by the specialist outside of the SpineTime platform. To request deletion of any such externally retained information, you must contact the specialist directly.

04. Deletion timeframe

Permanent deletion occurs 30 days after you confirm deletion if you do not log in during that period.
